A nightly emergency shelter for adults, ages 18+

About CCN
CCN improves and strengthens family and community life of the individuals, families and children living in the transient house, primarily along Colfax Avenue
• Provides information, resources and services, working alongside adults, children and parents to help them see their value.

• Connecting families to resources for housing, parenting classes, education, or career development

WOMEN
Miracle on Logan Street
A residential program for women with a dual diagnosis of mental health and substance use disorders, who are also participating in the Miracles program
Miracles: Aspen Center
For women, 18 years and older, pregnant or one year postpartum, struggling with substance use issues or co-occurring issues of substance use and mental health.
A residential program providing a safe and stable environment, where the women are supported to sustain recovery; deliver a healthy baby; keep their family together; and create a safe home for the newborn. The support and services include intensive inpatient treatment; strengthening parenting skills; linking the women to healthcare and wellness education; and case management.
